Marta is one of the villages situated on the shores of Bolsena Lake, characterised by its picturesque tree-lined lakeside from where you can admire the Martana Island and a marina for sailing and motor boats.

The typical products that can be tasted are mainly based on lake fish, such as eel, whitefish and lattarino, the latter become famous thanks to the Sagra del lattarino (Festival of the lattarino) held between the end of May and the beginning of June.

The village has medieval origins and is built around the famous Clock Tower, from which you can enjoy an excellent panoramic view of the lake.
