Gradoli is a medieval village overlooking the Lake of Bolsena.

It was ruled for a long time by the Farnese family, who still maintains its 16th century Palazzo Farnese.

It is well known for the production of DOC wine and extra virgin olive oil, making it an important agricultural centre.
